Shu Uemura, founded in 1967 by the Japanese makeup artist of the same name, essentially pioneered the cleansing-oil category in Western markets. The Anti/Oxi line, introduced around 2009, is one of the brand's most established cleansing oil families with over a decade of continuous refinement and wide editorial coverage.
